Jennifer Genua-McDaniel, CEO Genua Consulting –Jennifer works closely with the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) as a reviewer for operational site visits and provides training and technical assistance to community health centers, Look-Alikes and Primary Care Associations (PCAs). Jennifer is the former Deputy Director of the Health Center Association of Nebraska (HCAN) and former CEO of health centers in Iowa and Arizona.
Diahann Barrera, CFO, Community Health Alliance- Diahann has worked as Chief Financial Officer for FQHC’s for 5 years and has participated in two operational site visits and several Joint Commission site visits.
Mary Wherry, Quality Improvement Director, Community Health Alliance - Mary was the lead person at CHA to ensure preparation for the February 22, 2016 HRSA site visit was complete with the goal of zero to minimal findings.  CHA had two minor findings from this site visit.  Mary has prepared for Joint Commission surveys in multiple hospitals over her career.  In addition, Mary was the Deputy Administrator with the Division of Public and Behavioral Health and responsible at various times for Health Care Quality and Compliance facility regulatory requirements and for the Environmental Health (food/septic) regulatory staff for all of frontier/rural Nevada.  These experiences gave Mary the foundation for how to prepare for surveys from both perspectives - a health care provider and a regulator.
Kim Lambrecht, Health Center Operations Manager, NVPCA - Kimberly received her BSN from Nebraska Wesleyan University. For the past seven years she worked at One World CHC in Omaha, NE. She also managed a rural clinic and four School Based Health Centers.
