Are you responsible for gathering and reporting the data elements included in the UDS report or are you management or a clinician who needs to understand the definitions and concepts used in the Uniform Data System?

Then we have a training for you!

NVPCA's UDS Training addresses each of the report's tables and includes a discussion of the changes that have been made and the definitions necessary to complete the report. Ms. Priscilla Davis will be facilitating the training and Nevada Primary Care Association will be providing breakfast, lunch, and a relaxing, yet professional location in which to learn.
